Payment Terms:

Payment Processing: 

All payments made on www.coachingwithmarina.net are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By purchasing a product or service from www.coachingwithmarina.net you agree to be bound by Stripe's Services Agreement(https://stripe.com/legal) and any other applicable terms and conditions imposed by Stripe. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes or fees.

We do not store your payment information on our servers. All payment transactions are securely encrypted and processed by Stripe. We are not responsible for any payment processing errors or issues, including but not limited to, delays or failures caused by Stripe.

Payment Due Date: 

All payments for our products or services are due upfront at the time of your order. We kindly request that you make full payment before we proceed with processing your order or providing the requested services. 

Currency: 

We exclusively accept payments in euros (EUR) for all our products and services. This ensures consistency and clarity in our pricing and payment processes. 

Currency Conversion: 

If your payment source uses a different currency, your financial institution or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. Please consult your provider for details on any associated fees. 

 

Refund Policy: 

No Refunds. All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees.  

You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. 

Product DELIVERY

The products are delivered either via instant download or are sent via email. All information will be provided in the product description.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation policy is only applicable for the following services 1:1 Coaching session, 1:1 Human Design Reading session and 1:1 Rahanni healing. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and scheduling conflicts can occur. To maintain the quality of our services and accommodate the needs of all our valued clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 

Cancellation Notice: 

We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice in advance of your scheduled 1:1 session if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer your reserved time slot to other clients. 

Late Cancellations: 

If you cancel a 1:1 session with less than 24 hours' notice, the full rate for the session will apply. We understand that emergencies and exceptional situations may arise, and we will consider such cases on an individual basis. 

No-Show Policy: 

In the event of a no-show, where you fail to attend your scheduled 1:1 session without prior notice, the full rate for the session will be charged. 

Not showing up to the session after 10 minutes form starting time, without notice, will be considered a no-show.

If I miss the session without notifying you, I will either reimburse you or offer you an alternative 1:1 session within 5 working days 

How to Cancel or Reschedule: 

To cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach out via email mlemenncoaching@gmail.com our team will be happy to assist you. 

Duration & Termination of Services for coaching program 

Upon agreement of the coaching engagement, the following terms regarding the duration and termination of services will apply: 

Coaching Session Frequency: 

Once we have mutually agreed upon the number of coaching sessions that best meet your needs, I am committed to providing coaching services on a regular basis. Typically, our coaching sessions will be scheduled for a minimum of one session per month, or more frequently as desired by you. 

Session Duration: 

Each coaching session is designed to be highly productive and will have a duration of one hour. This focused timeframe allows us to delve into your goals, challenges, and development effectively. 

Termination of Contract: 

In the event that you wish to terminate the coaching engagement, we kindly request that you provide a written notice of termination at least five (5) working days in advance. This notice period allows us to conclude our coaching relationship in a thoughtful and organized manner. 

Notice Submission: 

To initiate the termination process, please submit your written notice via email at mlemenncoaching@gmail.com . Our team will promptly acknowledge receipt and guide you through the necessary steps to conclude the coaching contract. 

 

Records  

During the coaching session I will keep meeting notes to record your agenda, notes of the meeting and any action points you have set to work on over the next month. I will keep these notes in a confidential file throughout the contract and then store them for 12 months after our contract is terminated. After 12 months the notes will be shredded or sent onto you on request. 

For any services where Human Design is used you understand that the birth details are required to obtain an accurate Human Design chart. 

You understand that the birth details provided won't be shared or used beyond the purpose of this session. 

 

Limitation of Liability and No Guarantee of Results 

We strive to provide high-quality services and support to our valued clients. However, it's important to understand that our services are subject to certain limitations and that we do not guarantee specific results. Please take a moment to review our policy regarding limitation of liability and results: 

Limited Liability: 

We make every effort to deliver exceptional service, but our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws. We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may arise from our services. 

No Guarantee of Results: 

While we are committed to assisting you in achieving your goals, we do not provide guarantees or assurances of specific outcomes. Results may vary based on individual circumstances, efforts, and external factors. 

Individual Responsibility: 

The success of our services often depends on your active participation, commitment, and dedication. Your progress is a collaborative effort, and we encourage your active engagement in the process. 

Consultation and Assessment: 

Before engaging in our services, we recommend consulting with our team to discuss your specific needs and expectations. This consultation allows us to provide insights into the potential benefits and limitations of our services. 

Continuous Improvement: 

We continuously strive to improve our services and adapt to evolving industry standards. Your feedback is valuable in this regard, and we welcome your input to enhance our offerings.
