My story

I started my self development journey more than 12 years ago, when I found myself in the grips of debilitating back & leg pain, a condition that led to not one but two back surgeries in the space of 5 years.

I was forced to pause, look inward, and embark on a profound journey of self-discovery.

As I battled with the pain and the physical limitations it imposed, I realized that true healing was not just about fixing my body but also about understanding the root causes of my suffering.

This led me to explore various avenues of self-discovery and healing. It was during this journey that Human Design found me. Human design, with its unique insights into our individuality and the way we are designed to interact with the world, played a pivotal role in my life.

Human Design made me realised that most of my life I have tried to fit in a box that was not for me, living in a conditioned state and ignoring my intuition, innate gifts and unique energy.

Human Design has helped me embracing my uniqueness and understanding the beauty of living in alignment with my true self. It has been nothing short of transformative on so many levels: business, wellbeing, relationships…

A bit about me

  • I’m originally from Brittany in France and have been living in Ireland for almost 20 years

  • I’m a nature lover. You'll often find me outdoors, savoring the simple joys of life – strolling through nature, hiking, exploring enchanting forests, tending to my garden, or simply contemplating life in the soothing melodies of the natural world.

  • I’m a 4/6 Splenic Manifestor.
